THE BODY CONTROL PILATES ACADEMY
Two day workshop
This workshop covers Day 1 of the Core Module, that is:
Pilates background and key Principles; Pilates and muscle balance; natural, normal movement; case studies; beginner and intermediate level exercises.
It is strongly practical in its content and can be run as a 'stand alone' day or as the first day of a two-day workshop, with one of the other workshops.
