One day workshop

This workshop will look at how to apply Pilates principles and movements to neurological conditions. It will also cover the potential role of Pilates in continuing rehabilitation. Various Pilates matwork exercises will be covered and the related use of various therapeutic balls explored. Includes a review of the key principles of Body Control Pilates.
