The plowman is the professional figure active in the procedure of plowing the soil, that process that allows you to detach real horizontal clods from the surface of the soil. Generally, plowing is done at the end of the harvesting phase. The goal of this process is in fact to eliminate weeds and, above all, the plant residues of the previous crop, pushing them deeply so that they do not interfere with the growth of future new seedlings. In this way it is possible to soften the soil and gradually prepare it to welcome the next crop. The machines used for plowing are precisely defined "plows", they are pulled by a tractor with high power and are ploughshare and moldboard. The plow can work on different depths: superficial, from 10 to 20 cm, medium, from 20 to 40 cm and deep, from 40 to 60 cm. Plowing can be done at different times of the year, although the best results are obtained in the intermediate seasons. In fact, with the autumn plowing the crop residues and organic fertilizers are buried at a time contextual to the increase in rainfall and the decrease in temperatures. In this regard, a lower temperature implies freezing and thawing actions and therefore a rapid breakdown of the clods. As for spring, in this case plowing has a mainly preventive purpose. It is carried out very shortly before sowing to avoid hardening of the clods caused by the progressive appearance of the sun and heat. In the summer, however, plowing is generally reserved for clayey soil,
