This course is suitable for those who are 18 years or older and considering returning to study to pursue a career in the police and criminal justice sector. You will gain a full Level 3 Access to HE Diploma which provides you with the entry requirements for university. This is a nationally recognised qualification and is recognised by all universities.

Course programme
This is a brand new qualification and has been created alongside our higher education partners.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course but all applicants will be invited to attend an Access Workshop where full course information is given and you will be expected to complete the Initial Assessment and a written exercise. You will also be given a questionnaire which needs to be returned before interview.
Students will attend college 2 days per week for 35 weeks from 9.00am-4.30pm, designed to help those learners who have school aged children or other dependents.
Students will study a range of subjects that have been developed in collaboration with our university partners. Students are encouraged to commit to a minimum of 10-15 hours of home study each week as a minimum as this is a challenging course.
