This course aims to provide delegates with the analytical tools necessary for understanding the nature of policy making. Policy making involves a number of stages including policy analysis, the costing of policy and policy implementation. Each stage requires different skills that include the understanding of constraints the ability to cost different policy options and the process of policy implementation.
