Course programme
Course detail Description
Each course on the Pre-University Summer School will have an interactive approach and, for example, may include discussion groups and seminars, scenarios, role play, simulation games and Q&A sessions with guest speakers. The style of teaching will differ depending on the course and subject but may include lectures and seminars, group study, interactive group exercises and the use of film and audio-visual material.
Teaching
Each course provides 20 hours of classroom study and you would be expected to undertake approximately ten hours of private study per week.
Assessment
Depending on your course choice, assessment could be coursework, group presentations or perhaps examinations and tests. It may also be a combination of these. However, this course is non-credit bearing.
