This course will have two benefits: the first is to provide all leaders/managers with an understanding of Innovation/Creative Thinking so they can communicate with any senior management team on the subject; and secondly, the course will add to the skillset of any learner and seriously improve their CV.

The learner will understand:

2) The internal and external factors that impact both positively and negatively
3) The wider ranging indirect external factors that have an influence
