Shona has been designing and delivering training events since 1987.She began her career providing individual counselling and psychotherapy in Further Education, Health and Social services before her involvement in management training and team development. She provides facilitation and interpersonal skills development in both the not for profit and commercial sectors.

Course programme

You will receive helpful and supportive feedback from yourself, your colleagues and the facilitator on the presentation you deliver during the practise session.

The group size is strictly limited to 12 participants. To ensure personal attention there are 2 trainers providing a 1:6 trainer: participant ratio.
