Course Overview
PRINCE2® 1(PRojects IN Controlled Environments, Version2) is a structured method for effective project management. Developed by the UK Government, the PRINCE2® method is internationally accepted as the leading "best practice" project management approach and it’s widely used in the private and public sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
This course covers the latest version released 2009 and reviews the PRINCE2® project management method and prepares delegates for the PRINCE2® examination which is taken on the final day. Extensive use is made of case study material which is designed to help delegates to consolidate the elements of the PRINCE2® Foundation part of the course, produce the key PRINCE2® management products, discuss PRINCE2® scalability issues and apply the elements of PRINCE2® to a practical scenario as they will be expected to do in the Practitioner exam.
Why should you use Aspire Europe?
The case for using Aspire Europe is compelling; we are an Accredited Training and Accredited Consultancy Organisation by the OGC and APM Group. Our trainers are mainly practicing consultants that have achieved Registered Consultant status.
The 5 day course is intense but fun, and for individuals coming from a project or operations background the sheer volume of information that has to be processed to achieve Practitioner level can be baffling.
Preparation is the key to success, which is why we provide a full precourse programme to help you arrive on the first day fully prepared.
