As more companies adopt project management into their businesses, the demand for knowledgeable practitioners increases globally. PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a globally recognised project management methodology. This project management methodology has gained widespread acceptance. Currently PRINCE2 is used in 29 countries across the globe. Many companies adopt PRINCE2 as their group-wide standard for Project Management. In gaining recognition as a project management professional, knowledge of such methodologies is paramount. PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification form the basis of the PRINCE2 accreditation program. Our intention is to teach the application of the PRINCE2 components, processes and techniques. In addition our goal is for every participant to attain PRINCE2 certification. This course is designed for: Project Managers, Team Leaders, Project Support Staff, Quality Managers, Project Stakeholders.
Prerequisites
- Be Project Managers or Team Leaders or have had involvement in a project environment.

- Understand the components and main processes of PRINCE2
- Apply the processes of Controlling a Stage and Managing Product Delivery
- Prepare project plans using product-based planning techniques
- Undertake risk analysis and risk management for the project
- Prepare information for inclusion in a Project Initiation Document
- Understand and apply the techniques for product-based planning, quality control and change control
- Prepare for and take the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Examinations
