What you need to know
How will I study?

The programme covers issues such as, the influence of positive communication methods, issues around the use of medication and the importance of providing appropriate activities.
How will I be taught?

Following enrolment with the assessor, learners will undertake completion of the assessments using the resources provided. The method for submission of assessment books is subject to the delivery method agreed by the learner and assessor at enrolment.
How will I be assessed?

Assessments will be submitted using the method agreed and within the timescale negotiated with the assessor at enrolment. Feedback will be provided for each assessment book and any amendments would be completed and submitted by the learner as required.
