Course Overview
This course will cover the Proactis Management Console (PMC) and it's attributes. It will also venture into the web front end to view how the configuration made in the PMC will affect the end users.
Day One
- Adding new Suppliers and attaching them to items along with how to view items by supplier and deal with price changes.
- Adding Users, copying users, defaulting nominal's by user and setting users to be inactive.
- Authorisation Rules and workflow, creating new rules and groups. Dealing with Stand In authorisation and reassigning authorisers.
- Nominal's, adding new nominals and attaching authorisation rules to nominals.
- Creating Items and Item Groups
- Creating Purchase Order Templates and seeing how it all fits together.
Day Two
- Creating new Departments
- Adding new delivery addresses
- Creating new User Groups and Buyer pools
- Covering Item Classifications
- Creating Requisition Templates
