The product manager is a specialized figure of the marketing function who takes care of everything related to the product: from the brand to the packaging, from the cost to its location. Which makes him a fundamental figure in any sector and any company. His tasks, therefore, are very broad and complex and may concern not only the design of new products to be launched on the market but also the relaunch of old products or brands in decline. The greatest responsibility, as it is easy to guess, is not only to take care of the creation and realization of a product but to ensure that it can satisfy the needs of the market. Not only that, the Product Manager must be able to integrate, according to a single strategic objective, the various business functions, making them converge towards the end customer. He must have a general knowledge of all the fundamental aspects of the company, as well as a specific knowledge of the product for which he is responsible, and, of course, of the customers served.
