Professional Master of Business Administration (e-Leadership MBA)

Organizations need a new breed of leaders who will be able to accomplish increasingly dynamic, complex and demanding business objectives using powerful modern technology and innovative leadership. Beyond digital transformation itself, e-Leadership is about personal capacity to deal successfully with structural disruptions in the age of digital economy. This MBA Program is designed for e-leaders – business professionals and talents who aspire to become front-runners of corporate digital transformation or start-uppers of their own innovative business venture in the digital world of opportunities.

You are expected to have a minimum of three or more years of appropriate and relevant postgraduate management-related work experience.

Your experience should be documented in your application in reasonable detail, with description of your responsibilities, skills, accomplishments, leadership aptitude and existing business acumen.

We welcome one letter of recommendation to gain a more complete understanding of your professional performance. Your recommender should be someone who may comment meaningfully on this. Your current or recent direct manager is preferred.

As a minimum, you are required to hold a higher educational degree equivalent to a Bachelor’s. That would be any undergraduate professional or university study program in the field of social, natural or technical sciences worth at least 180 or more ECTS credits.

Transfer of students who were enrolled in other MBA, professional or university graduate study programs will be a viable option in accordance with the legal requirements and ECTS credit system. Differential exams may apply.

The digital age has created the need for a new paradigm in business skills formation and for learning that of learning to learn. In order to integrate management and technology, learning to learn also implies learning to unlearn past managerial theories and practices that are no longer appropriate and may even be destructive to organizations. Many of these practices, evolving from business principles created in the eighties and earlier, are still the subject of most management schools and traditional MBA programs.
