Students will gain essential skills from basic food preparation, knife skills, food production, food safety and storage and how to presentation dishes to a professional standard. These skills will be developed both by learning in a professional kitchen environment and also by gaining theoretical knowledge of the subject which will develop your knowledge and understanding of the industry.
