The master's degree in Psychology provides you with advanced psychological knowledge. You will also gain practical experience through projects and lab work. The programme offers different specializations. Please note that the programme option in Cognitive Neuroscience is the only one that is taught entirely in English.

About this course
The Master’s Degree in Psychology will produce candidates with a wide range of applicability. Some graduates will progress into careers in research, by joining the Ph.D program.
Others will take jobs in the public and private sectors as health administrators, teachers, government officials or management consultants. Some master program candidates can be found in recruitement companies working closely with HR professionals.
The students will meet with relevant professional organizations, and they will be offered guidance on the writing of job applications and research proposals.

In the first and second semester, all students will have mandatory courses 45 ECTS. An intership within a Research Project (internally at the Department or with an external research- collaborator) is stretched over the two first semesters. You can read more about the internship on this webpage. Students also has to choose 15 ECTS electives on the first and second semester.
In the third and fourth semester the students will be writing their master thesis and get supervision. There will be activites like research seminars and writing seminars in these two semesters.
Students wanting to go on exchange will have the opportunity in the third semester.
