Gaining the core elements of a Psychology degree, you’ll also learn the analytical and communication skills you’ll need to succeed in a modern business environment. You’ll also be able to choose chartered psychology career paths, enabling you to directly apply business elements to different fields of psychology
The practical business experience and conceptual frameworks you’ll learn from both disciplines will enhance your employability prospects, and you’ll also be given the chance to collaborate with charities and local businesses, building your contacts as well as your skills.

About this course
You will gain a comprehensive knowledge of psychology, with key skills and attributes in business.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with charities and government organisations, such as the NHS, in order to develop relevant employability skills and promote positive change.
You’ll be taught by experts in their respective fields, who have considerable experience in high-quality research and practice.
You will have opportunities to undertake shadowing and even research in other organisations, such as HMP Birmingham and Momentum Skills. Our close working relationships with leading local employers, such as Jaguar Land Rover and the NHS, will also give you the chance to gain valuable work experience.
You will also have the option of a placement year, where you can spend 12 months within a valid workplace, gaining vital real-world skills and gaining valuable industry contacts.
A Level BBC or 112 UCAS points from a minimum of 2 subjects
