This 3 day intensive course has been designed to give both experienced or new trainers to the industry the tools to design lesson planning and understand the basic concepts of teaching.
During this course you will learn all about:
- Your roles and responsibilty's as a teacher, you will be able to define were your limits are.
- understand legislation specific to the teaching industry and your specialist are of teaching.
- learn methods of 'inclusion' and 'diversity' as you may have to deliver to a divers learner base and how to overcome there barriers.
- be able to identify learners needs and adopt different teaching methods inline with the learners learning styles.
- differentiate between the benefits of different resources and how to structure the seating plan specific to the lesson being taught.
- be able to design lesson plans, resources and schemes of work so that the whole sylabus is covered with a time constraint.
- deliver feedback to your learners inline with different assessment methods.
