Course programme

For this Award, you will study 14 Units. These are a combination of Mandatory and Optional Units and include: Searching for a Job, Public Service Careers, Well-being and Fitness for Public Service, Practical Teamwork and Introduction to Expedition Skills. There will be opportunities throughout the course for you to improve your Mathematics and English skills and to use appropriate computer software. Outdoor activities are essential elements of the course as are Skills for Life/Functional Skills IT. Numerous Day/ Residential visits are an integral part of the course.
