COURSE DESCRIPTION

Managers and Operatives wishing to carry out qualitative face fit testing to facepiece wearers working on-site and in-house.

COURSE CONTENT

  • Review of legislation
  • Procedures of face fit testing
  • Information to be given to face piece wearers
  • Equipment and preparation
  • Sensitivity test procedures
  • Fit testing procedures
  • Qualitative face fit report forms and recording details.
  • Practical test

The course will be presented using PowerPoint presentation and appropriate videos to emphasise points on qualitative face fit procedures. Practical instruction will also be given on the correct methods of carrying out a qualitative face fit test.

COURSE ASSESSMENT
The delegates performance will be assessed by their response to verbal questions throughout the course. A practical face fit test will also be carried out by the delegates so as to show their competence.

COURSE VENUE
This course can be run on the clients’ premises, sites, or at a pre-arranged venue.
