The railway worker is a worker who works on the railway tracks assisting during maintenance works or construction of works along the tracks and inside the stations. The training of a laborer does not require particular studies or specific preparations: very often a strong constitution and physical integrity are required to carry out one's job and on the contrary no technical knowledge or special qualifications are required. There is also the figure of the qualified laborer who differs for the particularity of knowing on a practical level some machinery or devices that he uses to assist his duties which remain in every way of a physical nature. Finally, the railway worker is the railway worker who carries out all the accessory and physical tasks inside the stations.
