By 2030, the United States will need nearly 427 billion square feet of new and renovated living space. By then, half of the buildings in use will have been constructed after 2000. Meanwhile, downtown districts across the country need renewal. This means we will see a flurry of real estate development—creating a surge of opportunity in fields such as property development, urban planning, and community and economic development.

Our 16-credit hour graduate certificate in real estate development the only of its kind in Indiana will get you ready to meet this booming demand.
