Real Estate Management (Joint study programme)

1. To know and apply scientific and theoretical knowledge necessary to solve theoretical and practical issues in real estate management.
2. To be able to apply the acquired knowledge and understanding, modern methods in analytical skills, innovation and integration of knowledge-intensive requiring practice, including scientific research, to know limits of analytical methods application, to be able to assess the research results and their reliability.
3. To be able to apply the acquired knowledge, understanding in solving problems in a new, unknown or constantly changing environment and interdisciplinary contexts.
4. To be able to keep self-study, learn to critically evaluate innovations in management theory and practice, effectively operate in the circumstances with the lack of detailed information and instructions, to prove the findings and introduce them in appropriate manner to stakeholders having different education.
