Reflexology Training Course "After all, health is only two feet away!" Reflexology is one of the fastest growing holistic therapies now gaining worldwide acceptance. It is based on the scientific principle that every organ in the body is reflected in certain reflexes in the feet. The feet are a microcosm of the human body. By manipulating the reflex areas on the feet, energy congestion in the body is released. Correct stimulation of the feet reflexes, while the client is relaxed, improves the energy flow and the blood supply. This results in an overall feeling of well-being and this enables the body to function efficiently. Reflexology is a completely safe, natural aid to restoring the body's healthy balance. This course includes “hands on” based practical training. The first part of the course is the distance learning theory element which is completed in your own time and done entirely from the comfort of your own home. As you near the end of your theory training we will contact you to arrange booking you onto your practical training. The practical training is run regularly throughout the year. You can decide when you are going to attend and which one of our national network of training centres would be most convenient for you to attend. If you would prefer to study the theory element of the course only (at a reduced rate) click here.
