I will teach you about the proven Scientific benefits of Mindfulness and how it can reduce stress. How what you feel emotionally affects how you feel physically.
We will explore your 'Brand' and 'Letting Go' of of self limiting beliefs.
I will teach you how to integrate Mindfulness Practice with Life's Daily Activities to enhance well-being & Cultivating Presence
You will leave knowing how to use meditation and mindfulness for quick and easy stress reduction in every day real life situations.

About this course

This course will give you the skills to manage your own stress and anxiety and so improve your well-being.

This course is for 16+ year old and is mainly aimed at people wanting to improve their overall well-being both physical and emotional.

No experience of Mindfulness or Meditation is needed to join this course.

In just six weeks you will learn what causes you stress, how to manage it and how to relax to improve how you and others around you feel, act and respond. This course is for real people, everyday stress that want to find something they can do for themselves before it becomes serious. Former students have loved learning the techniques and surprised themselves at what a difference these small changes have made to their lives and the lives of those around them.

Meditation & Mindfulness are proven cognitive therapies that strengthen the brains network. There are many studies that can be found all over the internet to back up the science.

The exercises can be performed seated or lying down, which ever is more comfortable for the student. Everybody is welcome and physical ability is not important as this is more about your mind's ability
