This was my first time taking Udemy’s course, but I’m not a novice at mindfulness since I have been using it a long time ago. Libby is my therapist, that’s how I discovered this course. I wasn’t surprised of the quality of this since she is a terrific therapist. I feel totally happy with Libby’s teaching, a big thank you for her, she really contributes to mental health.
