What I would highlight:
I took this course after I had finished two other, CBT and Life Coaching, and I must say it have helped to live in the present. Also, it showed me how to deal with stress through meditation and to make my life more positive. I recommend the courses to anyone with stress, they are excellent and really helpful.

What I would highlight:
I have done meditation before but I’ve never tried mindfulness. This was the next step for me and I think I took a good decision. The work of Libby is fantastic at reveling mindfulness to beginners and giving another perspective to the one that are already on the way. To sum up, this is the best online course I’ve taken.

What I would highlight:
My only complaint is that silent meditations don’t have anything else that silent. I recommend you not to take silent meditations until you were sure of everything else, meditations which I’ve found amazing. Thank you Libby a wonderful experience!

Slowness is my way of learning, so I was glad I’ve found two techniques that hit nail on the head, the one minute technique and the ten seconds technique. It is a great course if you’re a novice.
