Donna Duff
What I would highlight:
Its informative. The directions are clear plus she adds examples. It is easily transferable to what i do. As in college classes, they take a few days to accomplish what she does in a few minutes. In my 25 years, ive learned all the back stories and fluff do not effect the outcome of a prpject whrn client-focused.
