During the workshop you will be able to undertake a range of individual and group exercises that will enable you to:
learn the science of resilience and explore how neurobiology, neurophysiology and evolutionary psychology all impact the way we see the world
experience a range of evidence-based skills and tools and techniques to boost resilience, creativity, collaboration and communication
complete a resilience matrix – to map your own personal resilience and gain insights into existing strengths and possible development areas
start developing a personal resilience plan to integrate what you have leant and facilitate change and flourishing
At the end of the workshop you will have:
gained an understanding of theoretical and scientific underpinnings of resilience
learned a range of evidence-based, easy-to-use tools and techniques to help you prepare for, recover from and manage challenging situations
gained strategies to support you with improved communication, effectiveness and collaboration at work (and in your personal life)
