Retail management in any environment is really challenging with an endless variety of tasks, and no two days are the same. Graduate management trainees enjoy lots of responsibility early on in jobs, that vary from work in stores to travelling the world in buying trips. On our course you will acquire the necessary business and management skills you will need to support your career. Our foundation degree has been created in co-operation with Skillsmart.

On successful completion you may progress to:
• the final year of the BA (Hons) Business Administration degree at the University of Plymouth
• the second year of other business related degree programmes at the University of Plymouth
• the final year of business degree programmes at a range of universities
• a wide range of careers in retail management, business, personnel, marketing, finance, accounting and public administration.
