If you already have the skills of our real estate analyst course, why not challenge yourself with more in our commercial property appraisal course? Emagister has this course for you, to achieve your goals!
Commercial property models are some of the most complex to master. The main reasons are: More lease terms, more ways to calculate rent, more tenants in a single building or more detailed cost-sharing agreements.
You can learn how to build a cash flow model of properties for retailers. This course takes participants step by step through the creation of a complete cash flow model of the shopping center. As a modeling course it is almost completely based on Excel. The course begins by analyzing the variables that affect the investment returns of the shopping center. Participants will calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) that can manifest themselves that influence the financial model from tenure to risk.
If you are a fund manager who completed the analyst course and need to be able to understand and model sophisticated retail assets or if you are a real estate analyst who wants to hone your skills, this course is for you.
