Emagister presents you with Retail Property Investment School. This school combines two of our courses: Introduction to investments in shopping centers and Appraisals of retail property.

The introduction to investments in shopping centers is more numerous than before, but retains the definitions, the historical context, practical and strategic. This gives the fund / asset manager, investing in shopping centers for the first time, with everything they need to know to discuss the asset with their peers.

The Retail Properties Evaluation course is for the investor / asset manager who seeks to deepen the quantitative analysis of any retail portfolio. The course can be done on its own and, like in all our courses of financial models, is based on Excel and the data is guided from the beginning.

This course will benefit many people such as: real estate professionals who want to update their knowledge of investment strategies, performance and improvement of benefits of retail assets; Managers of shopping centers who are looking to communicate more efficiently with investors and owners about the financial influence of their management strategies; Asset managers and fund managers who want to understand the impact of their strategies on the value of assets and shareholders in a more granular and integrated manner.

We invite you to request more information in Emagister to know more details of this program.
