Course description

This course covers the law and practice of planning at the strategic and operational level including planning the approval of development plans and how planning consent is gained. Enforcement and special protection mechanisms will also be considered.

Relevant RICS material will be used in this session.

Includes a course reader and a 20-question post-course multiple choice assessment to practise what has been learnt.
