About the programme

Through a series of short, engaging role-plays, Mel and Griff introduce the four stages of interviewing - preparation, organisation, exploration and projection - whilst highlighting common mistakes. They show examples of different types of job interview - both good and bad - and encourage learning by example, rather than by direction.
