Course programme

The aim
To demonstrate the four stages of successful interviewing.

About the programme
With one unskilled interviewer, your organisation could be overlooking perfect candidates or even putting interviewees off. Through a series of short, engaging role-plays, Mel and Griff introduce the four stages of interviewing - preparation, organisation, exploration and projection - whilst highlighting common mistakes. They show examples of different types of job interview - both good and bad - and encourage learning by example, rather than by direction.

Suitable for anyone responsible for conducting selection interviews, for external or internal applicants, this humorous drama clearly illustrate the key points, such as: knowing about the position to be filled; reading a CV and application form; deciding what you need to know about the candidate; asking open-ended questions; and positively projecting the organisation's image.

The art of interviewing(session starter) is a second programme also included to help those involved with selection interviews

-Encourages a thorough and successful selection process
