Dental practices frequently find themselves recruiting great members of staff only to then have to leave them to their own devices once induction has finished due to time pressures and inadequate training facilities. This often results in the new team members becoming disheartened, taking longer to be able to carry out their required job, and not performing as well as is hoped.

This week long course is designed to get individual nurses, receptionists or practice managers up to speed, developing the skills they need to gain a good understanding of their role allowing them to 'do the job' once they get back to their own practice. This course saves practice owners a huge amount of time and produces a team member that can 'get on and do the job' having gained all the right tools to do so.
