Areas of specialisation

We have designed our Training Workshops to ensure learners gain the knowledge to improve their performance and gain a greater personal insight of their chosen training, this will help learners to take personal ownership of their careers and progression whilst ensuring they are meeting: Legal Obligations, Career Goals and Employment Policies and Procedures. Only fully trained, accredited and suitably qualified people are able to administer Rights for Us - R4U Workshops. Specialist areas include Wedding Planning and Disability inclusion, Return to work co-ordination mind Mapping. Clive Williams is the first person in the United Kingdom to have certification in Return to Work Disability Co-ordination. Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Description

Rights for Us - R4U are a diverse company set up to train, inform advise and guide people with a range of social, environmental and economic objectives. We will conduct a variety of trading activities through our expertise aimed at niche markets, organisations, employers and individuals. Clive Williams is the managing director of Rights for Us - R4U. Richie Thomas and Gavin Davies are company partners in a family orientated business. One of the new exciting specialities offered by Rights for Us - R4U is Wedding Planning with disability inclusion. Workshops will be held at our training centre on Western Industrial Estate the Caerphilly CF83 1BE. The Wedding Planning workshops will be starting in July 2013 and will be intense but fun. Rights for Us – R4U offer a tailored service to suit each individual client with a package to suit their requirements. Rights for Us – R4U believe training should be about YOU, having the RIGHT information so you can reach your full potential. We also know everyone needs a little help sometimes especially when the economy is not at its best.
