Rivca is a consultant to the CITE programme developing 'mentoring for creativity' training for teachers.Rivca is designer of The Arts of Coaching & The CreativeCoach training programmes and runs intensive short courses in the areas of interpersonal communication, creative thinking and conflict management.Rivca has an M.Sc in Applied Behavioural Sciences, is an NLP Master Practitioner, Independent Trainer of NVC and has studied Philosophy and System Thinking and has extensive training & experience in movement and BodyMind techniques.
