History
Our unique understanding of health and fitness comes from founder Rob Woollen's two successful, but very different careers. In his twenties, Rob was an award-winning construction project engineer / site manager. This insight into a high-pressure working environment also allowed him to see first-hand the issues faced by both skilled professionals and unskilled staff in the workplace.Rob went on to become a renowned personal fitness instructor, and was one of the first in the country to gain recognition from Skillsactive at Level 4 when it was newly introduced in 2009.
