What I would highlight: I am learning to connect. In order to be a good manager, you have to have all-around knowledge and all-around experience. What I would highlight: The EMBA takes up another 20 hours a week, plus, I often work around 60 hours per week. It's a hard combination but somehow you do it. The good relations with the students also helps you as we face the same challenges.
