About this course
A good understanding of IT systems with either relevant work experience or a level 2 qualification such as the CompTIA A+ or Cisco IT Essentials. Other certification such as CompTIA Network+, Security+ or a keen interest in pursuing a career in networking. However, no skill or knowledge in this area is assumed but basic numeracy is expected and you should be confident in the use of a computer to access the resources that will be available.
