Routing & Switching Solutions for System Engineers (RSSSE)

Offers System Engineers (SEs--primarily in Channel Partners) a 2007 update on SONA architectures, advanced technology categories, current routers (up to Cisco 7XXX) and switches (up to Catalyst 65XX), and other design task content.

Course Objectives
Describe SONA Framework (including Baselines), Advanced Technology Categories (as related to routers and switches), How to choose a Router or switch for the design solution, and practice designing an advanced technology-ready network solution case study.


Prerequisites
CCDA certification Level of knowledge equivalent to the following Cisco courses:

• Foundation Express for System Engineers (CFXSE)
• Implementing Cisco Quality of Service (QoS)
• Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks (BSCI)
