A good bus system is required. University is huge and due to so many students, buses are short. Getting from one place to another is full of hassle.

Great life is a huge part of Rutgers University but if you don't want to get involved with that it is totally ok. They also have great for community services and you will find something to do on the campus

I feel good when I say that I am in engineering major because you need to sacrifice a lot of free time for studying for the challenging courses. The class sizes are huge so it is dependent on the bus to get you class on time

About the course:
Parking lots are really limited to faculty with most and some is specifically designated for computers and visitors. Residential parking often requires placing your car on a different campus where you will need to take bus to get to it.
