Diverse culture, you'll meet people from all cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Unless you're filthy rich they don't like to talk about economic background. Good experience above all.

About the course:
Fully equipped libraries, newly built student centers, great places to eat within campus. Good computer labs and overall a good learning experience. I enjoyed my experience and Rutgers offered great programs. Many activities are even sponsored by Rutgers programming association.
