Coupled with the growing complexity and diversity of hoists, this means that adequate training is now more important than ever. RoSPA's new one-day course offers all those who have previous manual handling experience the opportunity to devote a full day to the theory and practice of the safe use of hoists in a unique and fully-equipped people care centre.
