1. Install and set-up of software, establishing all the system settings and parameters, together with establishing customer and supplier records, nominal and bank records and dealing with the chart of accounts .

2. Entering Opening Balances - An overview thereof, then all that's involved with ensuring that you enter Customer, Supplier and Nominal Ledger Opening Balances.

3. Starting to Enter Transactions - Journal Entries, Bank, Cash and Credit Card Transaction, Supplier Invoices and Credit Notes, Paying Suppliers and Operation of the Customers Ledger including all aspects of Invoicing and Receiving Payments.

4. Housekeeping and Error Corrections - Including All Important File Maintenance Routine, Error Correction, and User Access Rights.
