A combination of easy to follow salsa, mambo and cha-cha dance moves to tone and strengthen your body and improve co-ordination, rhythm and muscle strength.
Content of the Course
Salsacise is a fun and rhythmic style of low impact aerobic exercise. It will tone and strengthen your body and burn calories. A combination of easy to follow salsa, mambo and cha-cha dance moves. Exercise to the spicy, hip-swaying beat of Latin music.A complete fitness class with a warm up, some stretching, cardovascular exercises and a cool down. You don't have to be a dancer to enjoy this class. Suitable for those who want to improve their level of fitness whilst enjoying the rhythmic moves. Guaranteed to be fun! Please note that the Thursday class is offsite.
Equipment Needed
A mat and drinking water along with comfortable clothes and shoes.
Work needed to be Done outside of the Classroom
Practice as and when required.
