Details:

To enable Site Foremen, Managers and Advisors to carry out inspections of scaffolding on site and complete safety reports following the inspection. To provide operatives with the knowledge of how to safely inspect scaffolding before use and how to use correctly and safely.

Objectives:

• To provide delegates with an appreciation of the latest legislation
• Delegates will be made aware of the impact of associated law
• To enable delegates to inspect scaffolding to the British Standards / European BSEN 12811-1, 5973, 1139 in accordance with The Work at Height Regulations 2005
• To familiarise delegates with SG4 05 & TG20
