I loved every minute of this class. The tutor Irfa is amazing and very friendly. She taught us ways to save money when making a garland, you can get shop bought foam but it is really expensive so Irfa shared her secrets.
The venue is about 3 minutes from Isleworth rail station which is brilliant and they offer parking. The admin lady is so helpful, very qualified and even told me that if I ever wanted to get a website when Im qualified she will give me advice. All of the schools staff seem to want you to succeed and it's not just for their own ends either. They are very concious about giving good value for money and offering sound advice. I made a garland, learned how to secure a design to a mandap. The flowers were lovely and Raj in Dutch Flowers Ltd downstairs is so helpful.

History
After many requests and enquiries from his professional florist customers and florist students, Raj, a Dutch born, wholesale flower supplier and distributor decided to start a florist school and name it School of Floristry.
Raj did extensive competitor comparisons and realised that the School of Floristry was unique as it was the only school where students had everything they needed on site - a wholesale flower market and a leading floristry supply and event company - an aladdins cave of bling and all things floral. His tutors are government local authority teachers and are fully trained in all aspects of floristry with the added advantage of being friendly, and able to teach any level of students. Each have their own profitable florist business and understand the challenges students face when starting out in business
Advantages of studying here
School of Floristry offers first class training in all aspects of floristry. All course prices are very competitive and the students have an option of paying for their lesson on the day.
The students will not have to rise ridiculously early to go to a flower market like Covent Garden to buy their flowers - they can choose their supplies (all inclusive course) on site on the day of their lesson. Everything is included and we offer refreshments. We can offer parking, are very close to a main line station (about 5 mins from Isleworth BR)
Our administrator can help students not only with any enquiries, but she has experience in setting up websites and will offer sound advice in setting up in business.
Areas of specialisation
Our tutors have experience in events so can offer students practical advice at all stages.
