How can you attract the audience's attention to your research with your poster? This course focuses on how to give a scientific poster presentation. We will look at the design of a scientific poster, the language to use and how to address your audience. You will receive feedback on your poster and your pitch from both your peers and your teacher.

To successfully complete this Scientific Poster Presentations course, you need to actively participate in the discussion forums, provide peer-feedback and complete the learning unit assignments, including:
- creating a conference poster (50% of the final mark, of which half will be awarded for your use of English, and half for the poster content)
- submitting a pitch (25% of the final mark, of which half will be awarded for your use of English, and half for the pitch content)
- 3 (presenting) assignments (25% of the final mark)
