We have been training teachers for over 100 years and we were rated Outstanding by Ofsted in our 2018 inspection.
We place significant emphasis on enabling you to apply your learning to real-life situations and challenges. You will benefit from our partnerships with over 600 schools where you will gain practical school-based experience in a wide range of settings: large, small, rural, and urban.
You will learn from our experienced and enthusiastic course team who have many years’ experience in secondary schools, FE colleges, and in educational research. Our facilities include a curriculum centre which houses more than 30,000 specialist resources and the latest educational technology for trainee teachers.
